PRIVACY POLICY

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The Data Controller is No Matrix No sp. z o.o., located at Rynek 60/2, Wrocław. Data protection is carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions, and data is stored on secure servers.
2. In order to safeguard the data entrusted to us, we have established internal procedures and guidelines to prevent unauthorized access. We monitor their implementation and regularly verify compliance with relevant legal acts, including the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and all relevant executive acts and EU law.
3. The personal data of the Service Recipient and Client are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) (hereinafter “GDPR”) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
4. Personal data is processed on the basis of the User’s consent and in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data for the performance of a contract concluded between the parties.
5. For clarity, the term “User” is replaced by “You” and “Administrator” by “We.” “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
6. We respect the right to privacy and prioritize data security. To this end, we use a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
7. Personal data provided in the contact form is treated confidentially and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

§ 2. Data Controller

1. The Service Provider is the administrator of its customers’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we may process data such as:
   • First and last name
   • Tax identification number (NIP), especially for entrepreneurs
   • Email address
   • Contact phone number
   • Delivery address
   • Data required to process payment for the Order
   • IP address
2. The Service Provider is also the administrator of data for individuals subscribed to the newsletter.
3. Personal data is processed:
   • a) in accordance with personal data protection laws,
   • b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
   • c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape, amend, or terminate the Agreement, as well as to properly provide electronic Services,
   • d) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), provided that this does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
   • e) to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your explicit consent, e.g., if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
4. Everyone whose data is processed (if We are the administrator) has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of their data; the right to object; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. You can contact the person supervising personal data processing within the Service Provider’s organization via email at shop@rapee.shop.
6. We reserve the right to process your data after the Agreement has ended or consent has been withdrawn only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international law obliges us to retain the data.
7. The Service Provider may disclose the User’s personal data and other information to entities authorized by the relevant legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
8. Personal data may be deleted upon withdrawal of consent or filing of a legally permissible objection to data processing.
9. The Service Provider does not share personal data with any entities other than those authorized by relevant legal provisions.
10. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.
11. Any changes to a User’s personal data may be made after registration by logging into the Online Store with the assigned login and password.

§ 3. Cookies

1. The lasszamana.pl website uses cookies—small text files sent by a web server and stored by your browser. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow only the server that created the cookies to read the information contained therein, facilitating the use of previously visited pages. The collected information may include IP address, browser type, language, operating system, internet service provider, date and time, location, and any information provided via the contact form.
2. The collected data is used to monitor and analyze how users utilize our sites in order to improve site functionality, ensuring smoother navigation. We track user behavior through Google Analytics, which logs user activities on the site. Cookies identify the user, enabling customization of website content to the user’s needs. By remembering preferences, cookies help tailor relevant ads. We use cookies to provide the highest convenience in our service, and the collected data is used internally by No Matrix No Sp. z o.o. to optimize operations.

5. Additional personal data, such as an email address, is collected only in locations where the user explicitly consents by completing a form. We store and use this data solely for the purpose of performing the related function.

Collection, Acquisition, Scope, and Purpose of Personal Data

1. The Administrator informs Users that personal data processing is entrusted to the following entities:
   • Edrone Sp. z o.o., ul. Lekarska 1, 31-203 Kraków, NIP: 676-248-20-64, KRS: 0000537197 – for the use of the edrone.me mailing system for sending newsletters.
   • Edrone Sp. z o.o., ul. Lekarska 1, 31-203 Kraków, NIP: 676-248-20-64, KRS: 0000537197 – for marketing purposes, exclusively for email, SMS, and social media campaigns launched or indicated by the Administrator using the edrone system.
2. The Administrator applies the following tracking technologies to monitor actions taken by the user/Customer on the Store’s website:
   • Edrone tracking codes – used for analyzing Store website statistics, as well as for marketing purposes restricted to email, SMS, and social media campaigns launched or indicated by the Administrator via the edrone system.
