Description

Lion's Mane Extract (Hericum) in tincture (drops)

Ideal for people who struggle with problems related to memory (brain fog, forgetfulness), concentration, fatigue or irritability. In the biohacking community, it is said that Soplówka is an excellent food for the brain. Lion's Mane is a nootropic mushroom. The active ingredients present in it (mainly erinacin) stimulate the production of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF). This factor, in turn, is essential for increasing the growth rate of neurons and may have a beneficial effect on brain plasticity. NGF is also responsible for the proper metabolism of neurons and supports the process of myelination. Myelin is a layer of fat cells that surrounds the axons of nerve cells. The appropriate level of myelin is necessary for the proper flow of the nerve impulse along the axons, i.e. for interneuronal communication. Stimulating the production of myelin can therefore have very beneficial effects in improving thought processes or in remembering.

Hericum (Lion's Mane, popularly known as "lion's mane") is a mushroom valued, among others, in Traditional Chinese Medicine due to its ability to support the proper functioning of the digestive and nervous systems. Among all edible mushrooms, it is the mane that is the best studied in terms of scientific and clinical research in the context of the brain and immune system. He specializes in three areas: digestive, neurological and mental problems.

The main compounds found in mane are hericenones and erinacines, which have been studied for their beneficial effects on health. Our ultrasound-assisted extraction with alcohol guarantees high bioavailability.

Lion's Mane is the most studied therapeutic mushroom. Our Soplówka is grown under special conditions in the Finnish countryside, in Karjalohja, Finland, which is famous for its extremely clean air and water [1], [2], in a region distinguished by the cleanest waters and air according to UNESCO. For the production of our powerful, organic tincture from Soplówka, we use only mushroom fruiting bodies. It is extracted using ultrasonic technology (UAE), as well as alcohol and hot water. Thanks to this innovative extraction method, we maximize the bioavailability and absorption of the compounds we are interested in, such as triterpenes or beta-glucans (our extracts contain at least 32% of beta-glucans).

A special Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology was used for the extraction, which breaks down the fungal cell wall made of chitin. The use of alcohol extraction alone would not extract the full potential of biocomponents from the mushroom, such as triterpenes or beta-glucans, hence the use of highly advanced ultrasonic technology. The use of alcohol in the production of tinctures helps to better extract the active ingredients and at the same time supports their absorption. From the level of Chinese Medicine, alcohol itself has a yang character and therefore has a "moving" effect on blood circulation. Properly concentrated alcohol in combination with mushroom extracts supports general vitality and soothes pain at the level of muscles or joints.

The safety and purity of products is our top priority. Each production batch undergoes independent tests for the presence of microorganisms and heavy metals.

The use of Lion's Mane in the light of science
Current research recommends the use of Hericium erinaceus in diseases such as: Parkinson's disease [11] and Alzheimer's disease [6], [7], [8], [9], [10], cancer, multiple sclerosis, gastric disorders , inflammation of the digestive tract, stomach and intestinal ulcers. Soplówka also has a neuroprotective effect [12].

Ingredients in a 50ml bottle:

water-alcoholic extract (25%)
organic Lion's Mane (hericum erinaceus)
Lion's Mane in tincture:

we use only mushroom fruiting bodies,
our mushrooms grow in the cleanest region of Europe - Finnish forests (wild areas of Finland)
When to use Lion's Mane (hericum) in drops?

Preferably in the early afternoon 13:00 and 15:00 / on an empty stomach or before bedtime.

Dosage Best Practices
Shake before use.
Always start with smaller doses to find the optimal dosage for you. We follow the principle of "start low, go slow" - we start with small doses and slowly increase them.
The extract in the tincture can be poured with hot water, thanks to which the alcohol will evaporate. This procedure is recommended for children or drivers.
The recommended maximum daily dose is 2ml (2x full pipette). We recommend the use of mushrooms during the week, and a break at the weekend.
We recommend taking a week break after every 3 months of using mushrooms.
