Hericium Extract 30 ml. NEROREGENERATION AND CONCENTRATION

Description
Hericium – Lion's Mane Mushroom
NEUROREGENERATION AND CONCENTRATION
Double Extraction | Full Spectrum of Active Compounds | Organic Cultivation
Hericium erinaceus is a neutral-tasting and neutral-temperature mushroom valued in Far Eastern medicine. It contains erinacines and hericenones that stimulate the synthesis of nerve growth factor (NGF), thus supporting learning processes, memory, and overall nervous system health. It also has mild anti-inflammatory effects in the gastrointestinal tract and shows immunomodulatory properties.
Composition
- Concentration: 20,000 mg per 30 ml
- Ingredients: macerate of a 25% double water–alcohol extract of organic Hericium erinaceus (Lion’s Mane) spores.
PRACTICAL USES
- Supports cognitive function and memory – 12-week supplementation with extract (3 g/day) improved MMSE test results in people with mild cognitive impairment.
- Reduces mild depression and anxiety – 4-week study with 2 g/day of powdered fruiting bodies lowered CES-D and SAS scores in healthy volunteers.
- Protects gastric mucosa – extracts accelerated ulcer healing and alleviated inflammation in animal models; traditionally used for dyspepsia and reflux.
- Neuroprotection after stroke and in neurodegeneration – erinacine A increased NGF and BDNF, improving neuron regeneration and memory in preclinical studies.
- Mild immunomodulation – polysaccharides stimulate macrophages and NK cells, supporting natural immunity.
Other Possible Benefits
- Alleviates stomach problems, including gastritis; supports fighting Helicobacter pylori.
- Potential support in celiac disease (+ Reishi), neurasthenia, and stressful situations.
- Influences nerve growth factor (NGF) – important in neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis).
- Improves nervous system functions, supports concentration; may help in neuropathy.
- Used in cancers of stomach, esophagus, colon, liver, cervix.
- Supports fight against stress and anxiety; exhibits antimicrobial activity (including against staphylococcus).
- May positively influence intestinal peristalsis (e.g., decoction of dried Hericium).
Characteristics According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
- Temperature: neutral
- Taste: sweet, also described as “bland”
- Tropism: spleen, stomach, heart (some sources also indicate liver, kidneys, or effects on all systems)
Extended Action in TCM Terms
-
Strengthens the stomach and regulates its Qi
- Stomach Qi is responsible for digestion and nutrient absorption. Hericium helps harmonize stomach function, which may beneficially affect digestion and reduce digestive discomfort.
-
Replenishes the spleen and aids digestion
- The spleen in TCM is a key organ responsible for transforming and transporting nutrients. Hericium may support its functions, improving nutrient absorption and metabolism.
-
Calms the Shen spirit and strengthens brain activity
- Shen (spirit) in TCM is associated with emotions and mental calmness. Hericium may contribute to emotional balance and proper nervous system function, supporting concentration and memory.
-
Acts on all organ systems
- Due to its neutral nature and broad spectrum of action, Hericium is often described as a mushroom that “balances” the functions of many organs, from the digestive to the nervous system.
DOSAGE
20 drops daily
- Consult a doctor or TCM therapist before use.
- Start with 5–10 drops and gradually increase during the first week.
- After the first week, introduce a weekend break (Saturday–Sunday).
- After one month of continuous use, take a one-week break and then repeat the cycle.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Not intended for children under 3 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
- Store at room temperature, out of reach of small children.
SCIENTIFIC STUDIES ON HERICIUM
- Mori K., Inatomi S., Ouchi K. et al. “Improving Cognitive Function with Hericium erinaceus in Older Adults”. Phytotherapy Research (2009)
Objective: 12-week double-blind trial with 30 people with mild cognitive impairment.
Conclusions: 3×1000 mg extract/day significantly improved MMSE scores; effect diminished after 4-week break. - Nagano M., Shimizu K., Kondo R. et al. “Reduction of Depression and Anxiety by Hericium erinaceus Intake”. Biomedical Research (2010)
Objective: 4-week placebo-controlled trial with 30 healthy women with moderate anxiety.
Conclusions: 2 g powdered fruiting bodies/day reduced CES-D and SAS scales, indicating anxiolytic and antidepressant effects. - Li I-C., Lee L-Y., Tzeng T-T. et al. “Erinacine A-Enriched Hericium erinaceus Promotes Neurogenesis After Ischemic Stroke”. Int. J. Mol. Sci. (2019)
Objective: Assessing the effect of erinacine A on brain regeneration after ischemic stroke in mice.
Conclusions: 3-week supplementation increased neurogenesis, reduced lesion area, and improved spatial memory.
Hericium harmonizes the stomach and spleen according to TCM, and at the same time – thanks to erinacines and hericenones – supports neuroregeneration and emotional health.
