Returns and complaints
1. Return / Complaint Form
Fill out the return/complaint form and include it in the package. The document should contain the following information:
- Full name
- Email address or mailing address
- Phone number
- Product number and reason for the complaint
- Date of purchase and date the defect occurred
2. Sending the Product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back together with all of its accessories.
