How to use Sananga?
Sananga's spiritual medicine requires a state of complete stillness and concentration. The most spectacular effects can be obtained in the dark at night, although it depends of course on an individual approach, as some may have problems falling asleep. Other recommendations relate to taking the drops first thing in the morning so that the energy obtained in this way will accompany us throughout the day (or even several days). Everything, of course, with common sense - do not forget that Sananga should not be treated as a stimulant! It is recommended to take a break after a maximum of 14 days of continuous use.
