Handmade product.
Las Szamana® is one of the few producers in Poland creating Kuripe from this exceptional wood.

Dalbergia latifolia, also known as Indian rosewood, Sono, or Sonokeling, is one of the most valued exotic wood species. It comes from regions of South and Southeast Asia, and its wood has long been used in craftsmanship, lutherie, furniture making, carving, and the creation of premium decorative and functional objects.
Indian rosewood stands out for its high hardness, density, durability, and exceptionally elegant appearance. Its color may range from warm browns, through deep chocolate tones, to darker, almost black streaks. The natural grain of the wood gives each piece an individual, noble, and very expressive character.
Sono wood is valued for its stability, resistance, and beautiful finish after processing. After careful sanding, it gains a smooth, pleasant surface, while its natural pattern remains strong and decorative. It is a material that works well in objects created with attention to detail, durability, and aesthetics.
The "STANDING OWL" model was created for people who feel connected to the symbolism of mindfulness, silence, observation, and inner wisdom. The owl has long been associated with intuition, the ability to see what is hidden, calm presence, and looking deeper than the surface of things.
The standing form of the owl emphasizes stability, alertness, and presence. It is a symbol of a being that does not act chaotically, but observes, senses the right moment, and responds when it is truly needed. The owl reminds us of wisdom that does not have to be loud in order to be deep.
Combined with Indian rosewood, this model gains a deep, elegant, and highly noble character. The dark, dense wood works beautifully with the symbolism of the owl - guardian of silence, intuition, night vision, and subtle perception. It is a Kuripe with a calm, conscious, and powerful presence.
Each Kuripe is handmade, so individual pieces may slightly differ in shade, grain pattern, intensity of streaks, and finishing details. This is a natural feature of working with wood, making every product unique and giving it its own character.
