The "Wolf" model is a tepi with a carved wolf figure set onto the body. The silhouette is clearly defined - you can see the head lifted upward and the “fur” texture carved into the wood. It’s a figurine-style variant, meaning more of an object than a classic, simple tepi.
Material - Indian rosewood
Indian rosewood is usually dense, hard, and stable. The color often leans toward dark browns, sometimes with a subtle hint of purple or very deep burgundy, and the grain can form streaks and waves. After finishing, the surface becomes smooth and the wood has a slightly satin feel to the touch.
Handcraft and differences between pieces
Each piece is handmade, so differences in shade, grain layout, and the intensity of dark bands are possible. On figurines, the carving details can also vary slightly - the depth of cuts, edge sharpness, and surface finishing. That’s normal when working with natural wood.
