HOW TO PREPARE A FOREST MATCHA CEREMONIAL?
The key to preparing a perfect cup of Ceremonial Matcha is the preparation itself.
Here are some tips for making the perfect cup of matcha:
-Pour 1-2 grams of matcha into a glass.
- Use fresh, filtered water and bring it to a boil.
- Allow the water to cool for around 30 seconds (temperature should be 80 degrees) before pouring it over matcha.
This will help prevent matcha from clumping.
- Use a bamboo whisk (chasen) or any other whisk and beat the matcha powder in a zig-zag or M-shaped motion until it is completely dissolved and is foamy.
- Pour it into a cup.
-Then add more water depending on how strong you like to drink your tea.
